Since 1989, the Belle Époque Group has been firmly established on the market as a real estate and project development company, including with its own portfolio.
In the first few years, our focus was on the renovation of listed old buildings. Today’s focus is on new construction projects, often with project-related development plans, for residential and commercial buildings. Modern and intelligent floor plans – specially developed and designed for their future users as well as a high-quality and aesthetic design are an integral part of our project planning, as is the sustainability of our projects. Above all, analysing the needs of future residents and users has been our focus.
B-plan developments, residential and commercial buildings, administration buildings and special real estate, hotel and boarding house facilities, as well as the careful handling of properties in redevelopment or maintenance areas are included in our field of activity. Our well-rehearsed team of architects, specialist engineers, construction managers, and business people is dedicated with the greatest passion and care to the optimisation, planning, design, and implementation of the developed concepts, which, depending on the requirements, meet the highest of demands.
We consider our job to be developing each of our properties into an important project with a special character.
